"Cards from cells and top cards of tableau piles are available to play. You can form tableau piles down by flashing color and move only one card at a time. The top card of any tableau pile can also be moved to any cell. Every cell (or reserve space) might have only one card. If possible, you can move cards in the cells to the foundation piles or back to the tableau piles. According to the rules, you can move only one card at a time, but you can move group of cards in the appropriate sequence if you have enough empty (free) cells and/or tableau piles. "
